  • Please note: Shipping estimates on this page relate solely to shipping
  • Every item will be shipped from UK, so please allow 3-5 working days for fulfilling the items before they are sent
  • We ship to UK, US, Canada, EU and Rest Of The World (ROW)
  • Please note that some countries may be subject to import duty, which is not part of the shipping price
  • USA, Canada, EU and ROW:  parcels over 700g must be shipped with a courier service. Courier shipping costs cover 1 box up to 6kg. There is a repeat charge per 6kg (1 box = 60 t-shirts or 30 hoodies). 
  • USA: single mug orders are 150g
  • UK: parcels over 2kg must be shipped with a courier service. Courier shipping costs cover 1 box up to 6kg. There is a repeat charge per 6kg ( 1 box = 60 t-shirts or 30 hoodies).
  • Item weights are on each product profile
  • Shipping costs are calculated at check out
  • Shipping times are listed at check out
  • Deliveries are not available on sundays or public holidays.
  • Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery (please refer to returns and refund policy).
  • Please note, no compensation will be offered for any orders that take longer than the quoted times to be delivered. These quotes are based on estimates from our couriers and as such, they should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery.
  • All missing parcels must be reported to our customer support team, rubennamibiamerch@gmail.com within 60 days of shipment to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • If a shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • If an order is reported as missing after 60 days of shipment, the tracking will no longer be available to investigate with the courier, and the order will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • If a parcel shipped to you is returned to us due to delivery failure we will get in touch to let you know. If we don't receive instruction on what to do with the parcel after 14 days we will assume it is no longer required and the products will be donated to charity.
  • All products are sent in 100% plastic free packaging

  • Most orders up to a certain size will ship in either a small, medium or large paper mailers. These are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. The weather-proof parcel protects its contents during transit. Cardboard boxes are used for orders too bulky for our large paper mailers
